Alex Gagnon

Alex Gagnon joined Legal & General Retirement America in 2020 and currently serves as VP, Head of Distribution for Legal & General Retirement America, leading business development and client solutions. .  

Prior to joining Legal & General Retirement America, Alex served as a Pension Risk Manager at HSBC where he was the Pensions subject matter expert for the bank’s risk function in the US. Previously Alex was a Principal Consultant in Mercer’s Financial Strategy Group where he developed and implemented financial risk management strategies for pension plan sponsors, including PRT transactions. 

Alex is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary and a CFA® Charterholder.
